Hi there i bought a pair of Puma shoes from Truworths in Cresta shopping center

they have a strap instead of shoelaces, i think this must be the most disappointing pumas iv ever bought, i buy a pair of pumas every 3 months as i love puma but i mean the quality of these pumas are pathetic and they me a good R700.00 the strap keeps on coming undone all the time im even welling to vedio record what happens and post it on You tube please would some one justify this

Thank you for feedback. Quality is as important to us as is the Fashion element in our offering to our Customers. We are always disappointed to learn when a Customer has experienced poor quality.

All merchandise whether our own brands or those that we have selected from known brands such as Puma, have to meet the Truworths standards before they are included in our range offerings in stores. It is the sole focus of our Quality Assurance team to ensure that our high standards are continuously met.

Shoes returned within our three month return policy on damaged /poor quality shoes as indicated on our sales dockets, will gladly be exchanged or a refunded. Shoes returned outside our three month period, will be sent to our Quality Assurance team at head office for further assessment where after we will be in contact with you regarding the outcome. We suggest that the shoes together with your proof of purchase, is returned to your nearest Truworths store where our store manager can assist you.
